At ESPN Merch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track your return as it makes its way back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
